About the team The Corporate IT team is pivotal in managing and optimising IT infrastructure to support Ankorstore's mission. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in IT management, focusing on system administration, network management, and IT support. Main Responsibilities : You will support and strengthen the Ankorstore Corporate IT team by providing reliable L1/L2 technical support to all employees, contributing to Identity & Access Management (IAM/SSO), managing endpoints through MDM solutions, and automating recurring IT processes. The goal is to improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of the corporate IT infrastructure at an international scale. - L1/L2 Support: Provide technical support to users on macOS and Windows environments, diagnose and resolve incidents (peripherals, network, SaaS apps), and manage tickets through Jira Service Management in compliance with SLAs. - Access Management & SSO: Administer user access rights, configure MFA, manage security groups in Azure AD / Entra ID, troubleshoot SSO issues (SAML, OIDC), and contribute to SCIM provisioning deployment. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare and execute arrival/departure checklists, create and configure user accounts, provision workstations, and manage the employee access lifecycle. - MDM & Endpoint Management: Administer Intune (Windows) and Mosyle (macOS),
