Learn more about our Vision, purpose, values - AngloGold Ashanti SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: The Senior Mine Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans to support project development and future operational readiness. The role leads pit optimization, engineering studies, and cost assessments that maximize Net Present Value (NPV) and inform project budgeting and design. Success requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and collaboration with geology, processing, land, permitting, and environmental teams to deliver integrated mine plans aligned with AngloGold Ashanti's project objectives
