ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specifically focusing on our critical Manufacturing and Production Engineering Operations . In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key production, integration, and manufacturing engineering roles, helping to scale our ability to build and deliver advanced defense technology. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as: - Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Integration (Structural/Electro-Mechanical/Electrical), Avionics, Wire Harnessing, and Mechanical Assembly. - Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing (e.g., PCBA assembly, test, and rework). -
