In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key production, integration, and manufacturing engineering roles, helping to scale our ability to build and deliver advanced defense technology.
