You will lead a team of production workers, manage day-to-day production activities, and contribute to our startup's growth and success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure maximum productivity and performance Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation Enforce quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement Train and mentor production teams members, supporting their skill development and growth within the company Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis purposes Address production related issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred 5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization Strong knowledge in lean,
