Duties and Responsibilities: Lead integrated marketing communications that elevate the Paragon Medical brand and clearly articulate our value to customers-ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across sites, channels, and touchpoints. Own convention and tradeshow strategy and contribute to a standout customer experience at every interaction. Shape global product-line and market-segment strategy in partnership with the broader marketing team-using category expertise, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to strengthen our positioning and drive sustainable commercial growth.
