We are seeking 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to support our optics value stream in our Middlefield, CT location. As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled associates in the crafting ultra-precision optical components into high-performance optics that enable world-class metrology and optical systems. You will oversee production operations to ensure safety, people, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. This role leads and supports a production team, coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Value Supervise production activities to achieve scheduled output, quality, and efficiency targets.
