About this role
Production Specialist Work Location (Country) Mexico | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Production Specialist will perform any mechanical assembly to the electronics boards such as: Standoffs, spacers, board brackets, board guides, ejectors, pullers and press fit connectors. RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS: Responsible for the production plan follow-up for all the mechanical processes. Responsible for following the process controls of all mechanical processes. Follow up the operation work instructions. Responsible for maintaining all the tools in optimal conditions. Perform maintenance tasks of the equipment. Fix the common equipment failures. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Degree as electronic technician or related field. 3 years or more experience on the PCBA assembly processes. Knowledge of the tools used for the mechanical electronic board assembly processes. Knowledge of calibration process for tools. Knowledge of the Press Fit process. Knowledge of the selective solder process. Knowledge of the ESD to the components (Electrostatic Discharge) knowledge on the IPC-610 Criteria Class 3 Knowledge of the SMT and TH components, identify the orientation of the polarized components.
