Production Scheduler Work Location (Country) Mexico | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Production Scheduler is responsible for analyzing and planning the demand of in‑house manufactured components to ensure an efficient production flow aligned with priorities. This role ensures the optimal balance between inventory levels and production requirements, avoiding shortages or overstock situations. Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities, ensuring production and quality targets are achieved. Monitor production process performance and implement improvements to increase process efficiency. Coordinate and manage the supply of raw materials, components, and other resources required for production. Control production costs and lead times to ensure delivery deadlines are met. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Logistics, Purchasing, and Production, to meet operational objectives. Maintain accurate and updated production schedules, reports, and documentation. Identify risks, delays, or capacity issues and propose corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, scheduling, or within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical and reporting skills.
