About this role
PC Cell Technician Work Location (Country) United Kingdom | Remote/Onsite Onsite Main Duties/Responsibilities: Assemble PC systems to specification, including hardware installation and cable management and customer specific requirements Issuing correct licenses as per customer orders Perform system testing, quality checks, and validation procedures Maintain accurate records of builds, repairs, and stock usage Always follow health and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Essential Skills: Previous experience in PC assembly, repair, or a similar technical role Strong knowledge of computer hardware (motherboards, CPUs, RAM, storage, GPUs, etc.) Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs Good attention to detail and quality standards Basic understanding of operating systems and software installation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organisational and time management skills Desirable Skills: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing software CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred but not essential) Required Personal Attributes: Proactive “Can Do” attitude. Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. Ability to communicate at all levels in a clear professional and concise manner.
