Processing our domestic and international orders (from order entry to invoice creation) Customs processing Clarifying orders in collaboration with various internal departments Handling customer correspondence by phone and in writing in both German and English Occasionally taking over the telephone switchboard Preparing export and customs documents Maintaining master data What do we expect from you?
