Material Handler - 2nd Shift Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation of material for production use Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible to issue raw materials for work orders, cycle count inventory and perform transactions for return issues. Prepares material for work order needs (saw cut). Unloads all incoming trucks (i.e., steel, UPS, FedEx, Paragon truck). Ensures that all material is properly identified and accurately controlled Responsible for marking and storing all materials in designated areas Individual will be responsible for physical inventory accuracy of assigned areas. Make certain raw material is handled in compliance with standards. May be responsible for entering purchase orders for outsource product. May count all receipts from both external and internal sources. Maintain a safe, clean environment within and surrounding the material preparation area. Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles. Other duties as assigned. Education: Minimum: High School or GED Experience: 0-3 years Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel) as well as manufacturing software preferred. Must have valid driver's license. KSA's: Ability to operate forklift and read blueprints. Must have excellent communication in order to handle employee requests for material/tooling. Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual. Must have excellent clerical skills and ability to use multiple measurement ins
