Zygo is seeking a Manager, Integrated Planning to lead a critical transformation: evolving the organization from reactive scheduling to proactive, data‑driven planning. This is a highly visible role with enterprise‑wide impact, responsible for building and owning the planning infrastructure that supports operational stability, improved customer performance, and scalable growth. You will design and lead best‑in‑class planning processes-most notably Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)-while serving as the central connector between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Develop, maintain, and own the Master Production Schedule across all production areas.
