Maintenance Technician Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite SUMMARY Manages the full range of maintenance functions for all buildings, grounds, and equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of facility and grounds to include: Electrical system Water and sewage systems Heating and air conditioning systems Fire protection system Compressed air system Preventive maintenance of equipment and facility systems. Participates in safety audits and ensures safety compliance. Supervises the activities of outside contractors engaged in related work. Coordinates facility waste and janitorial services. Repairs of manufacturing equipment and other miscellaneous services. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Six to eight years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, strong attention to detail and quality. Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Consistently at work and on time, keeps commitments and meets deadlines; ability to work overtime as needed. Responds to management direction and follows instructions; listens well and gets clarification. Ability to work in a team setting and contribute to building a positive team spirit Follows company policies and procedures; supports safet
