Machinist Work Location (Country) Mexico | Remote/Onsite Onsite As a Machinist, you will be responsible for executing machining shop operations according to technical drawings, company procedures, and quality requirements, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsibilities: Perform machining operations according to technical drawings, specifications, and established procedures. Comply with the Quality Management System requirements in accordance with AS9100 standards. Follow established procedures, work instructions, and formats. Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external document changes. Participate in the definition and documentation of acceptance and rejection criteria for assigned processes and products. Support process audits to verify compliance with established standards (ISO 9000, control plans, customer certifications, corrective actions). Ensure proper documentation and approval of process or product deviations, including customer approval when required. Support off-line activities such as rework, inspections, or sorting as needed. Maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and quality in the work area. Requirements: High School Diploma (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in the maquiladora industry or a similar position. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic English proficiency. Teamwork and collaboration. Proactive and responsible attitude.
