Human Resources Intern Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite AMETEK is seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide part-time administrative and operational support to the HR function at our Waterbury, CT facility. This role will assist with day-to-day HR activities and projects while gaining hands-on exposure to core human resources processes. The position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and is intended for a candidate who can work part-time during the school year. What You Will Do: The HR Intern will assist with a variety of ongoing HR activities, including but not limited to: Supporting employee engagement initiatives and coordinating employee events Assist with planning and supporting community outreach initiatives, including employee volunteer activities and local events Assisting with HR projects and departmental initiatives Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates Maintaining and updating employee data in the HRIS, including organizational changes and new hires Assisting with recruiting activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking Supporting the coordination and administration of HR training sessions Updating and revising job descriptions as needed Other tasks may include: HR data entry and HRIS administration Assisting with HR audits and reports Supporting compliance-related tasks Assisting with the implementation and documentation of HR policies and procedures Providing general administrative support to the HR team What We Are Lo
