About this role

HR Business Partner Work Location (Country) China | Remote/Onsite Onsite The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and key partner to the campus leadership team, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives align with and support the overall business objectives of the campus. The HRBP is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions at the manufacturing facility. This role will ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the plant's goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HRBP will partner closely with the Plant Manager and other department leaders to address employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and legal compliance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with respective Division / BUs, Plant Manager and department heads to address any talent needs and issues in a compliant manner. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with Division / BU, regional and local HR where alignment of HR actions and initiatives are required.
