As a Global Commodity Manager for Zygo Navitar, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality to align sourcing strategies with product development and support new product development with early supplier involvement and sourcing decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Commodity Strategy Development Define and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and risk factors impacting commodity categories. Supplier Management Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers globally; negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term supply arrangements. Drive supplier performance improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.
