DVP, Engineering & Product Management Work Location (Country) Germany | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Division Vice President of Engineering & Product Management is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the engineering & product management organization. This role oversees product development, innovation, and technical excellence across the engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The DVP of Engineering & Product Management fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. This person will be a change agent that is high energy, results oriented, hard driving with ability to establish rapport with others globally. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Technical Leadership Develop and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals and market trends in motion control. Lead the development of next-generation customized linear and rotary motion solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership to define product roadmaps and technology investments to drive short and long-term sustainable and profitable growth. Product Management Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals. This includes defining the product roadmap & overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and release. Oversee the design and development of custom motion control products including but not limited to linear actuators, stepper motors, brush and brushless DC motors, gears and drive systems. Ensure
