This role oversees product development, innovation, and technical excellence across the engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The DVP of Engineering & Product Management fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Technical Leadership Develop and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals and market trends in motion control. Lead the development of next-generation customized linear and rotary motion solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership to define product roadmaps and technology investments to drive short and long-term sustainable and profitable growth. Product Management Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals. This includes defining the product roadmap & overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and release.
