Working in support of over 50 business units, you will apply your previous knowledge to oversee corporate governance support. Within a close team of attorneys and paralegals, you will grow your specialization and continue to support your professional growth as well as the growth of the organization. The Opportunity: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support our in-house legal team by managing essential business processes efficiently and accurately. You will work under the direction and oversight of the Corporate Counsel. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Manage ≈175 domestic subsidiaries. Prepare and maintain minutes, resolutions, various corporate filings, and other corporate records for AMETEK's domestic entities. Assist with the preparation of board meeting materials for various domestic AMETEK entities, including maintenance of minute books. Manage, update, and circulate entity organizational charts and other company databases with respect to domestic subsidiaries. Notarize documents (and obtain apostille/legalization as required).
