Vendor Operations Associate, Amazon Now, Amazon Now Cairo, EGY Amazon Now team is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and driven candidate to join our Vendor Operations team. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including In-Stock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Site Merchandisers, to optimize processes and drive performance across key product categories. The Vendor Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting vendor success by ensuring operational excellence across multiple touchpoints. This includes managing procurement activities, monitoring in-stock performance, supporting content updates, and leveraging data analysis to enable informed decision-making. The role also involves working directly with vendors to maintain strong relationships, support negotiations, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and is passionate about delivering results that enhance both vendor and customer experience. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field - 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or supply chain - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel - Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in e-commerce or retail (especially vendor-facing roles) - Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or experience with data tools - Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory, forecasting, replenishment) - Experience working with vendors/suppliers and managing relationships - Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive process improvements Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to
