Vendor Management Assistant I, Translation Services Operations Hyderabad, Telangana, IND A Vendor Management Assistant I works closely with Vendor Managers to maintain and optimize vendor operations within Translation Service Operations (TSOps). This role focuses on executing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth vendor onboarding, capacity management, and database maintenance. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment. Key job responsibilities - Execute vendor hiring and onboarding processes according to established SOPs - Manage daily capacity assessments and gap analysis for vendor requirements - Monitor and respond to vendor communications through the freelance-interest mailbox - Maintain vendor database accuracy through regular clean-up processes - Process vendor blocklisting and quit requests as needed - Support Vendor Managers in data collection and basic reporting tasks A day in the life - Supporting the onboarding process by reviewing vendor applications, checking documentation completeness, and coordinating test assignments - Monitoring and responding to vendor inquiries through the freelance-interest mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate communication - Assisting Vendor Managers with daily capacity tracking by updating spreadsheets and flagging potential gaps - Maintaining vendor database accuracy by performing regular data clean-up activities and updating vendor information - Processing administrative requests such as vendor blocklisting, quit requests, and status changes - Collecting and organizing data for regular reporting needs - Assisting with basic vendor performance tracking and documentation - Supporting Vendor Managers in day-to-day operational tasks and special projects as needed - Coordinating with team members to ensure
