Build and scale a high-performing sales team while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative procurement solutions that reshape how schools and universities operate. Amazon Business is revolutionizing procurement for education institutions across Europe, and we're looking for a passionate sales leader to head our UK Education team. As the largest vertical within Amazon Business EU, this role offers the opportunity to create meaningful change in the education sector while building and leading a team of talented sales professionals. You will own the strategy and execution for the UK education market, working directly with senior decision-makers at schools, colleges, and universities. This role requires someone who combines deep sales expertise with genuine passion for education and a track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Key job responsibilities • Support sales teams by analyzing metrics, conducting performance reviews, and providing targeted coaching to improve results • Write Amazon-style documents including business reviews and strategic plans to drive alignment across teams • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including category teams (IT, Office Supplies) and Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to remove blockers and accelerate deal cycles • Manage work aligned to education buying cycles, with peak activity during back-to-school (Q2-Q3) and end-of-academic-year periods (Q1-Q2) • Solve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health challenges by identifying performance gaps through
