About this role
Training Manager, Operation Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Training Manager will be responsible for providing a strategic long term vision that will take IN LM training function to the next level. This will be done by benchmarking within & across industries. Bring insights to the table basis past experience & hands on skills. We need a leader who will create an environment where people give creative ideas & execute them flawlessly. The person shall play a key role in providing the foundational knowledge of AMZL operations and delivery service tech to scale to meet customer last mile delivery demand. The role will consistently measure training effectiveness to iterate on and improve training we create and deliver. As a Manager Training you will be required to: . Collaborate with various cross functional teams to accurately accomplish the stakeholder and organization's goals within the scheduled deadlines · Evaluate Training projects & Drive effectiveness through direct observations and via relevant participant feedback. · Provide reports and statistics on training performance against goals to stakeholders . Solid understanding of AMZL in-station and on-road processes . Strategize the use of Digital medium to execute training · Responsible for the design, creation, audit and maintenance of training content for AMZL · Facilitate process changes & implementation by Induction Training, OJT and Refresher Training. . Master training material and learning systems to deliver training and report on training effectiveness, iterating on content and delivery as needed · Support program managers in execution of program-related tasks as needed, such as
