About this role
Supply Chain Manager - NPI Taipei City, TWN As a Supply Chain Manager, you will own end-to-end material readiness across New Product Introduction(NPI) programs, from early development builds(xVT) through mass production(MP). You will lead complex, multi-tier supply chain planning, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure seamless material availability to support product development timelines. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, working closely with engineering, operations, procurement and external manufacturing partners to drive execution, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines. Key job responsibilities Material readiness & Execution - Own material readiness strategy and execution across all NPI phases. - Develop and manage detailed material plans aligned with program schedules and build requirements - Drive purchase order placement, tracking, and delivery to ensure on-time material availability for build and ramp Risk Management & Mitigation - Proactively identify supply chain risks(long lead time component, design changes, capacity constraint) - Develop mitigation strategies including alternate sourcing, risk buys, schedule adjustments and inventory repositioning - Maintain clear visibility of material risks and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders Cross-functional Alignment - Act as the primary point of contact for material readiness, driving alignment across engineering, program management, procurement, and contract manufacturers. - Provide regular updates on material status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders and leadership. - Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis. Inventory & E&O Management - Manage NPI material inventory, including Excess & Obsolescence (E&O), to minimize financial exposure. - Balance supply and demand during design changes, build iterations,
