Amazon Trailer fleet is a critical backbone of how Amazon delivers packages to customers around the world. Connecting vendors, fulfillment centers, sort centers, air hubs, and last mile delivery stations. Amazon Middle Mile is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, organized problem solver who excels at internal stakeholder management, innovative, and customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager. In this role, you will drive Amazon's Trailer fleet planning across North America Middle Mile Transportation network. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and customers, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and delivering strong results. This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance. They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences. They will have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary in a start-up
