Strategic Account Manager, Electronics & IT Solutions, Seller Services Tokyo, JPN アマゾンセラーサービス事業本部では、Amazonマーケットプレイスの販売事業者の事業成長を最大限にサポートするため、アカウントマネージャーを募集しています。 本ポジションは、「Electronics & IT Solutions」という商品群(総合家電)を主に扱う既存の販売事業者を担当します。Strategic Account Managementでは特にチームが戦略的に定めた100社前後に対しカスタマイズされた販売促進計画を提案し、重点的にサポートします。 (English) We are looking for an Account Manager to help us build and lead a business development / growing Sales of Selling Partners on Amazon JP Marketplace. The role is focused on working with Existing Sellers in Japan who sell product family called 'Electronics & IT Solutions'. In particular, Strategic Account Manager proposes customized sales growth plans for around 50 sellers strategically identified by the team and concentrates on supporting them. Key job responsibilities ■Key job responsibilities - 顧客である販売事業者を深く理解し、継続的な関係を構築する - 販売事業者の売上拡大に寄与するさまざまな機能を提案する。具体的にはFBA(フルフィルメント by Amazon)の利用商品拡大、タイムセール、クーポン、広告、E&ITS特有のプログラムなど - 顧客の情報を分析し、担当する販売事業者への提案に生かしたり、隠れたビジネスチャンスを明らかにしたりする - 販売事業者の意見・要望を集め、社内関連部署にフィードバックする。時にはサービス・プロセス・ツールの改善に取り組む - マネジメントチームに対するレポート作成 (English) - Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs. - Convince sellers to adopt various features to increase their sales. e.g. Deals, Coupons, Fulfillment by Amazon, Advertisement, E&ITS specific programs etc. - Gather feedback from Sellers and escalate them to relevant departments.
