Step-up Learning Coordinator, AU Operations L&D Ravenhall, Victoria, AUS We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Step-up Training Coordinator to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Ravenhall Fulfilment Centre In this role, you will manage and work with our workplace process trainers (known as ambassadors) to deliver high standards of training to our new and existing associate workforce. You will thrive in this role if you are dynamic, an organised self-starter, a strong communicator and highly value teamwork. The successful candidate will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the Learning function and will be trained and required to work across warehouse processes such as order picking or packing Step Up Learning Coordinator Opportunity: - This is an opportunity for existing MEL5 employees to step-up into a Learning coordinator role for a period of time. Key job responsibilities - Develop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced associates - Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters - Lead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associates - Assist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the FC - Ability to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processes - Complete understanding of the safety procedures in the FC to ensure that associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessary - Ensure compliance with audits and refresher/one point change training
