Supply Clerk Australia-Amberley AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU-Protected (Baseline) TRAVEL: No Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Clerk to support the C-27J Program by delivering high‑quality warehousing and distribution services in a regulated defence environment. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of aircraft spares, ensuring full compliance with contractual, quality, safety and governance requirements. The Supply Clerk plays a key customer‑focused role, supporting maintenance and operational teams through accurate inventory control, ERP/SAP transactions and adherence to aviation, dangerous goods and defence regulations. This position suits someone who thrives in a structured warehouse environment, values safety and precision, and is committed to supporting mission‑critical defence capability. The role responsibilities include: Receive, inspect and record inbound and outbound aircraft spares Pick, pack and dispatch parts with accurate documentation and final inspection Perform inventory transactions using ERP/SAP systems Identify, quarantine and manage non‑conforming or discrepant stock Conduct stock takes, audits and investigate inventory discrepancies Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods, Defence and warehousing regulations Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment What we Offer: A collaborative team environment with a focus on people first.
