The VAP Sr. Vendor Associate is a strategic leader within Amazon's Paid Services team, managing complex vendor relationships and driving transformational growth initiatives. This role requires advanced expertise across all five VAP pillars and the ability to navigate challenging business situations while developing innovative solutions. The position combines deep business acumen with tactical and strategic thinking to accelerate vendor growth, enhance operational excellence, and influence program development across multiple categories or business groups. You'll help Amazon create the Earth's greatest shopping experience - a store featuring more products and brands with the most compelling content compared to any other online or offline store.
