About this role
Sr.Technical Program Manager, Worldwide installments Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Worldwide Installments is part of the Amazon Payments organization. We are looking for a motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the team to help deliver core components of our Installment Pricing systems. Key job responsibilities As a Sr TPM you will be expected to • Own programs with significant complexity with broad cross-organizational and/or deep architectural impact. • Drive large engineering efforts that solve significantly difficult problems for internal team and external partners • Identify risks/opportunities in technical strategies, architecture(s), in engineering organization structure(s). • Scope, plan, implement and deliver projects and programs, and collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals • Drive projects cross functionally, build partnerships with other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met • Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms • Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests • Deliver findings, recommendations and remediation steps for all activities About the team Worldwide Installments (WI) builds products that make shopping affordable for Amazon customers worldwide. We offer multiple Buy Now Pay Later/installment payment options to customers with a mission to make installments universally accessible and affordable.
