About this role
Sr. Technical Program Manager, New Store Format Seattle, Washington, USA Are you ready to build the future of physical retail from the ground up? Do you thrive when connecting disparate systems into seamless customer experiences? Are you energized by the challenge of building something entirely new? We're launching a zero-to-one initiative that re-imagines how customers interact with our physical retail experiences. As Sr. Technical Program Manager for this project, you'll orchestrate the convergence of operational infrastructure and customer-facing experiences across digital and physical touch points. You'll leverage AI-powered program management tools to accelerate cross-functional execution, breaking down silos between product, operations, and engineering teams spanning multiple organizations. This is your opportunity to leave fingerprints on a program that will impact how we operate and serve customers while collaborating with diverse stakeholders united by a singular, ambitious vision. This role requires working closely with the product management team and key software development teams across the company to define strategy and requirements, and lead development design through delivery and subsequent operation. This position requires regular communication with executive management on status, risks and product strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. The ideal candidate should focus clearly on both delivery and customers. You should have experience managing multiple complete product development cycles, possesses superior analytical abilities and expert product judgment.
