The Alexa Excellence team is looking for a Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and AI innovation. In this role, you will drive programs that ensure Alexa is always available, always reliable, and always delighting hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. You will lead initiatives spanning AI-powered operations (Ops AI) - including intelligent anomaly detection, automated incident response, and predictive reliability systems - while also driving Alexa's expansion into new countries and locales. You'll operate in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment, partnering with scientists, engineers, and business leaders to deliver programs that push the boundaries of what's possible in operational intelligence at global scale.
