About this role
Sr. Technical Program Manager, AEE Expansions Hyderabad, Telangana, IND At AEE Expansions, we build the systems and strategies that bring Amazon to customers around the world. From launching in entirely new countries to enabling lightweight market-entry models, our mission is to expand Amazon's global footprint at massive scale - fast, reliably, and with customer obsession at the center. We've already launched Amazon in 10+ countries, and we're just getting started. As a TPM at AEE, you will lead large-scale international expansion programs that require deep coordination across hundreds of Amazon teams spanning technology, operations, finance, legal, compliance, supply chain, and customer experience. You'll own complex launch execution from concept to go-live, driving alignment across organizations, managing dependencies, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring high-quality delivery within launch timelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly cross-functional environments, enjoys solving large operational and technical challenges, and wants to directly influence how Amazon scales globally. You will work on programs that combine strategic thinking, technical depth, and operational excellence - helping millions of new customers experience Amazon for the first time. Key job responsibilities As a TPM, you will be responsible for - 1. Leading end-to-end program execution for new country and regional launches 2.
