Sr Program Manager, Payment Business Operation Latam Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA We are seeking an experienced Sr Program Manager to join Amazon Latin America Payments Team to lead our partnership initiatives with banking partners, financial institutions, and payment service providers. This is a crucial role for improving the payment experience for Amazon customers shopping in Latin America through strategic partnerships with schemes, acquirers, and financial institutions. Your expertise in managing Brazilian-specific payment methods (such as Pix and Boletos) and diverse credit card offerings will be instrumental in enhancing Amazon's payment capabilities across LATAM countries. In this role, you will develop and execute partnership strategies, negotiate business contracts, drive service level agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with overall business objectives. You will leverage your strong communication skills and proven track record in managing complex programs involving technology, product teams, and accounting teams to deliver exceptional payment experiences for our customers. Key job responsibilities * Develop and execute partnership strategies with banks, financial institutions, schemes, and payment service providers to enhance Amazon Latin America payment offerings, with particular focus on Brazilian-specific payment methods like Pix and Boletos. * Secure, sign-up, and manage working relationships with partners such as acquirers, issuers, schemes (VISA, MasterCard), Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), and Third Party Providers (3PPs). * Negotiate and finalize business contracts with banking partners, ensuring terms that secure high standards for Amazon customers in LATAM markets. * Drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through partners to maintain high standards of
