About this role
Sr. Program Manager, AMXL JP Tokyo, JPN AMXL JP is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute high visibility strategic initiatives. This individual will drive and execute CX & Tech related initiatives, innovations, programs and features both unique to JP as well as new global programs for AMXL in Japan to create better customer experience and drive cost benefits for the E2E network. This role will manage large scale, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity, balance speed with quality, and advocate on behalf of the customer to provide high-performance tech based solutions to the field. You will focus on development and execution of new programs as well as continuous improvement of programs for our end-to-end network. This role lets you bring the latest technology to Japan and be a part of discourse on future roadmap to address local needs while partnering with counterparts in various regions like U.S, EU and India. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functional teams and stakeholder groups including delivery station operations, field execution, Tech, Transportation Network Planning, Middle Mile teams, Supply Chain, Retail Delivery Experience, Customer Service and Topology teams. The ability to influence others without authority and speed of execution will be critical to the success in this role.
