About this role

Sr. Product Manager - Technical, WWGS Distribution Strategy & Transportation Seattle, Washington, USA Worldwide Grocery Stores, Distribution Strategy and Transportation team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical with a proven track record of delivery and strong project management expertise. In this role, you'll own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology initiatives for the Grocery DC Product team, driving innovation across our fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of under-the-roof fulfillment operations, including inventory flows and fulfillment technologies such as receive, stow, replenishment, and pick processes. You'll serve as a critical liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, scoping large-scale projects while clearly communicating status updates, risk assessments, and process or product changes to executive stakeholders. Success in this position requires cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills. Key job responsibilities - Define a vision and strategic framework for under-the-roof DC operations, including “working backwards” documents on products and features. - Explore and implement technology-driven solutions that optimize cost structures, minimize overhead expenses, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. - Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish global standards for product distribution. - Manage cross-functional project teams, plan, organize, and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes. - Innovate to enhance customer experience and reduce distribution network costs.
