About this role

Product Manager US-Remote 8x8 connects our customers and teams globally, empowering CX leaders with performance and insights to make smarter decisions, delight customers, and drive lasting business impact. 8x8 is seeking a Product Manager to own two of the most consequential domains in our Finance Technology organization: ERP, Billing & Core Finance Platforms and Revenue & Monetization Platforms. This is not a traditional enterprise IT PM role. You will be the product conscience of systems that directly govern how 8x8 prices, bills, recognizes revenue, and closes its books. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and go-to-market - translating complex monetization requirements into system architecture decisions, driving billing accuracy, and enabling the organization to move faster on pricing changes without sacrificing revenue integrity. You will work closely with the Director of Finance Technology and partner daily with functional leads across ERP, billing, RevRec, and integrations. What You'll Own ERP, Billing & Core Finance Own the product roadmap for 8x8's billing engine (Logisense), order-to-cash workflows, and ERP systems (Netsuite GL/AP/AR) Drive billing accuracy initiatives - reduce invoice defect rate, credit memo volume, and billing reruns through structured product improvements Partner with the Billing/O2C functional specialist and ERP functional analyst to translate Finance requirements into prioritized engineering backlog Define and track KPIs: invoice defect rate, ERP uptime, days-to-close trend, % automated journal entries, cash application automation Revenue & Monetization Platforms Own the product roadmap for pricing architecture, subscription lifecycle logic, and RevRec systems Drive monetization agility - reduce time to
