About This Job The Sr. Commercial Product Management Analyst partners with Commercial teams to understand lending and servicing workflows, translate business needs into system-level requirements, and work with Technology to design scalable solutions across processes, systems, data, and automation. The role initially serves as the primary intake point for Commercial Lending enhancement requests for Salesforce and nCino-triaging and coordinating across stakeholders to identify pain points, dependencies, and priorities-with scope expected to expand into broader workflow design, solution definition, and project-based initiatives, including exploring automation, AI, and low-code tools to reduce manual work and improve outcomes. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary intake point for Commercial Lending enhancement requests (Salesforce, nCino), partnering with Commercial stakeholders to understand issues, desired outcomes, urgency, and impact Triage and clarify requests, define scope, and coordinate routing and next steps with Product and Technology partners Identify patterns and root causes, recommend fixes or process improvements, and track requests through completion to improve visibility and outcomes Design end-to-end workflows across people, process, systems, data, integrations, business rules, and automation/AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and
