Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Embedded Software, Leo Connectivity Redmond, Washington, USA Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. As a Senior Product Manager for Embedded Software on the Connectivity Product Management team, you will help create and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of Leo antenna products and services, with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with engineering, operations, finance, business development, and executive teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products and services. As an Embedded Software PMT, you will own end-to-end responsibility for delivering software for multiple antennas that serve B2C, B2B, B2B2X, and B2G users across diverse industries and use cases. Key job responsibilities - Design APIs/telemetry systems to support devices used by enterprises, mobility providers, and individual consumers. - Manage device provisioning, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and fleet-scale monitoring for varied customer segments. - Define and drive performance standards, RF/PHY reliability, interoperability for devices deployed in industries ranging from enterprise to consumer. - Coordinate firmware/hardware releases across multiple hardware systems used by B2B, B2C, and government customers. - Customer-Facing UX - Translate technical capabilities into intuitive workflows for business users (B2B/B2B2X) and individual consumers (B2C). - Partner
