About this role

Sr. Product Manager Tech, Product Quality Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon customers expect every product they purchase to meet the highest quality standards. The Product Quality team harnesses AI and technology to prevent quality complaints before they happen, ensuring customers receive products that are as described, in the condition and functionality they expect. As a Senior Product Manager-Tech for Product Quality Excellence, you will own the product strategy for reducing product complaint rates across Amazon's global stores. You will build and optimize AI-powered solutions that identify quality risks, drive root cause elimination, and enable the right interventions that raise the bar on product quality for every customer. You will partner closely with science, engineering, business, and finance stakeholders to define problems, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that influence the direction of critical products and initiatives across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Amazon ensures every customer's experience meets their expectations at worldwide scale.
