About this role

Sr Product Manager, SSD OI Tech New York, New York, USA Sub Same Day is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focused will be owning and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day Operations Integrations team. This role requires robust understanding of under-the-roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies. You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. Key job responsibilities • Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including “working backwards” documents on products and features • Thinking creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement. • Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment • Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes • Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network This candidate will also demonstrate: • Attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired • Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
