We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead selection growth initiatives for Amazon Japan's Third-Party (3P) Seller business. In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to directly drive the growth of a critical element of our customer experience - our product selection. You will work backwards from the diverse needs of Japan's customers and selling partners to understand their selection requirements. Collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders across domestic and global teams, you will spearhead initiatives to improve the quality and discoverability of our selection, and leverage your cross-functional abilities to orchestrate the rapid onboarding of new, in-demand products at scale.
