About this role
Sr. Product Manager, RBS SPEG Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND RBS SPEG (Selling Partner Engagement and Growth) team is looking for a Sr Product Manager to drive the product roadmap for its key GenAI offering for VMs/AMs across Amazon Stores. In this role, you will partner with Amazon Retail and 3P teams WW to deeply understand user workflows, identify high-impact opportunity areas, and define the product strategy and roadmap for SAMAI - GenAI Copilot for VMs/AMs. You will operate as the single-threaded owner for the product, driving end-to-end product development from concept to launch and scale. This includes leading 0→1 initiatives, defining intuitive and scalable user experiences, and building mechanisms to continuously capture and incorporate Voice of Customer (VoC). Candidate Profile The role requires strong product ownership in highly ambiguous problem spaces, the ability to navigate complex system and organizational dependencies, and sound judgment in prioritization and trade-offs. You will work closely with engineering and partner teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, while independently driving alignment across stakeholders and influencing senior leadership through clear, data-driven thinking. You will also be responsible for driving adoption across geographies, defining success metrics, and establishing mechanisms to inspect progress and ensure long-term business impact. Key skills for the role include understanding of tech, ability to deal with ambiguity, to network effectively and influence partner teams without authority, to overcome unforeseen obstacles, and a passion for developing a deep understanding of the product and ops excellence.
