About this role
Sr. Product Manager, OPTIMA Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are looking for an innovative and results-oriented Sr. Product Manager to envision the future and build well-integrated best in class Human In The Loop (HITL) tooling platform and also help us evolve HITL capabilities to meet the rapidly evolving business needs in AI space. You will partner with business and ops leaders to define requirements, understand the user pain points, and partner with tech leaders to define technologies, weigh the pros and cons of technology choices and propose relevant options. You will define delightful and integrated user experiences, and influence teams inside and outside your own organization to bring best-in-class functionality into our tools, continuously raising the bar on the user experience. You will also bring industry knowledge to the team both on operations processes and tooling and define and drive HITL capability and tooling evolution. Key job responsibilities - Understanding customer (internal and external) needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment. - Defining a data-driven product vision covering HITL capability and tooling, detailed crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture - Defining creative, high quality, long term product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision - Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and working with product, tech, UX, business and analytics teams to define and deliver solutions. - Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs
