About this role
Sr. Product manager, Device Service Nashville, Tennessee, USA Amazon's Last Mile Fleet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the service strategy and lifecycle management for safety technology devices across our North America delivery fleet. In this role, you'll define the vision and roadmap for how we maintain, repair, and optimize critical safety technologies-including AI-powered driver coaching cameras, edge computing systems, and telematics platforms-that protect delivery associates and communities while enabling operational excellence. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end product experience for device service delivery, from defining service models and vendor ecosystems to establishing performance standards and driving cost optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs with business objectives, influence cross-functional technical roadmaps, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups including product teams, operations, third-party vendors, and device manufacturers. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a track record of managing complex vendor relationships at scale. You'll work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you'll need to make smart trade-offs, drive innovation in service delivery, and create scalable mechanisms that improve customer experience while optimizing costs.
