The AWS Launch Team, nestled within our AWS Product Marketing organization, is looking for an outstanding Product Manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact on the developer journey. This is not your average product management gig. You will be at the center of it all, leading multi-discipline initiatives that are as complex as they are rewarding. Think big, move fast, and collaborate with brilliant people across the organization to bring innovative programs to life. Every day, you will work cross-functionally with teams across AWS to provide meaningful feedback, craft compelling product proposals, and build products and programs that genuinely improve how marketing and internal development teams deliver innovative solutions to customers. Key job responsibilities - Work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to identify their top pain points and needed improvements, then write proposals to gain project approvals from senior leadership. You'll then write requirements to define the path forward. - Lead interactions with internal stakeholders across business and technical functions to help make trade-offs that meet project goals and improve programs. - Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
