The AWS APJ Innovation Hub is a physical experience center in Singapore where C-suite executives from across Asia Pacific and Japan see what's newly possible with AWS. We build interactive demonstrations, rapid prototypes, and immersive experiences that turn inspiration into real transformation outcomes. The Hub covers industries including manufacturing, financial services, public sector, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, and emerging domains like physical AI. We're looking for a Senior Innovation Engineer who can take a business problem and turn it into a working, executive-grade demo in days, not months. You'll own the end-to-end technical creation of new use cases, from concept through architecture through deployed prototype, working directly with Innovation Hub leads and customer-facing teams. Beyond building individual demos, you'll shape how the team builds. That means creating reusable templates, identifying common patterns across use cases, curating component libraries, and establishing the scaffolding that lets the next demo get built faster than the last one.
