We are seeking a senior and experienced Business Manager to join Payments Team in UAE. This is a crucial role which will be at forefront of both Internal leaderships/stakeholders and external ecosystems to shape the growth and development of Co-branded Card in UAE. The role will drive the card acquisition, customer engagement, program execution & health, actionable customer insights, and business reporting; in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders. This role is based out of Dubai, UAE Key job responsibilities (i) Develop and drive the card acquisition and engagement programs. (ii) Uphold & innovate a strong long-term customer value proposition. (iii) Drive balance adoption of the customer value proposition and strong affinity for rewards usage. (iv) Ensure program compliance. (v) Customize and execute seasonal or purpose driven campaigns for special events or business objectives respectively. (vi)
