Sr. Associate with English - 6-month (fixed-term) contract, GCO Prague, Prague, CZE Based in Prague, as an HR Assistant (Sr Associate), you will play a critical role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. The HR Assistant team supports Amazon's most technical divisions, including Digital Technologies, Web Services, and Infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to shift priorities at a moment's notice, and thrive in the challenges of helping build a world-class team of talented individuals. The role is for a 6-month contract position starting at the beginning of July 2026. Key job responsibilities - Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with technical candidates and hiring managers - Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates as needed - Update and maintain candidate records in recruiting systems with accuracy and timeliness - Greet and assist candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience - Communicate candidate status updates to recruiters and provide follow-up correspondence to candidates via phone and email - Track recruiting activities and generate candidate status reports for recruiters - Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials - Collaborate with recruiters to identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency - Assist in the coordination of additional recruiting activities as needed Basic Qualifications:
