You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our rapidly growing cloud storage and analytics services. To fuel continued growth, we are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and engaging top passive technical talent across some of the most competitive and niche hiring markets in the industry. Key job responsibilities * Architect comprehensive recruiting strategies for senior and principal-level technical roles in database and cloud services * Design and execute targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates * Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand complex technical requirements * Craft an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our commitment to professional growth and innovation * Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine recruiting processes and strategies * Supporting and leading sourcing sessions with builders and technical teams to generate referral leads and candidate pipelines *Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records, pipeline metrics, and sourcing activity in recruiting systems *Communicating sourcing progress, pipeline health, and market insights to stakeholders through regular updates *Contributing to team-wide sourcing best practices, training initiatives, and process improvements A day in the life You will spend your days identifying and engaging passive technical
